Human nature hasn’t changed much in two thousand years. People still compete with each other, jockey for position, and bump their oversized egos against one another. The twelve men who followed Jesus were no better or worse than the people in your organization. Just as Jesus did then, you still have to settle disputes and deal with human pride and vanity on a daily basis in order to keep your organization functioning smoothly.
