The screenshot shown here is what you will see before executing the ExplodeMail Outlook macro. You have probably received many email messages with a large number of recipients email addresses in it. You may not have any ill intentions for someone else’s email address, but everyone in the world does not share your approach. This macro will take all of the email addresses placed in the BCC field and create an individual email for each recipient. You can send a single email to fifty people and it looks like each one was individually selected for the email. Even better, nobody else’s email address is exposed.
This macro was taken from my book, “Link Em Up On Outlook.” There are other macros and many useful tips spread throughout its pages. The application in use for the examples is Outlook 2003 although it has applicability across Outlook versions.
